Welcome. I’m Matthieu Clavé, an Atlanta REALTOR® with eXp Realty and the founder of Claventure Ventures. I guide clients through major life transitions — whether they’re relocating from across Atlanta, across the U.S., or across the world.

Like many of my clients, I once faced the overwhelming challenge of relocating to a new country—leaving France to build a new chapter in the United States. I know firsthand how complex, emotional, and life-changing that journey can be.

I’ve experienced the visas, paperwork, cultural differences, neighborhood searching, school considerations, and everything else that relocation demands. This personal path is why I’ve dedicated my real estate practice to helping others navigate it with clarity instead of stress.

Today, I am happily married, raising two young children in Atlanta, and deeply committed to helping families build wonderful lives here.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a music educator, teaching artist, conservatory-trained musician, adjunct professor, and hospice musician. I also founded the Parisian School of Music in Atlanta.

Music taught me to listen deeply. Teaching taught me to guide clearly. Hospice work taught me patience, empathy, and presence. These qualities define my approach to real estate: thoughtful, calm, strategic, and always human-centered.
